Industrial Precision Coatings,
Inc. is the most versatile metal finishing shop in New England. Established
in 1980, the company has grown both in size and in capabilities, and has built an outstanding reputation in the painting and silk screening fields. Our office is fully
computerized, and the plant is equipped with the most modern facilities. The end result is finer quality, faster service, and a better
finished product.
Since 1980, Industrial Precision Coatings Inc. has been building an extensive quality control program. We have improved or Military
Coating System to now include the C.A.R.C. (Chemical Agent Resistant Coating). So that we may comply
completely with missile command specifications MIS-20007 and MIS-37252, fully qualified
MIL-SPEC materials are used. We have been surveyed and
approved to the mil-I-45208a inspection system requirements for all government projects. The same high standards are being
maintained in our calibration system and meet the requirements of MIL-STD 45662.
Our brand new state of the art powder coating facility has been constructed separately from our current operation to avoid any
airborne contamination. It is fully equipped with a 270-foot conveyor, on-line convection oven, temperature controlled environment,
and electronically controlled spray guns. Our new powder facility is backed by technical support from the nation's leading powder
manufacturers. Powder coating is not for all applications, but by adding it to our already existing liquid process we can service a full
range of customers' needs.

First piece inspection throughout each process insures our high standards of quality.
Final inspection is completed and recorded using gloss meters, thickness gauges, tape test for adhesion, and of course appearance.
Applying the correct primers on all parts is a critical part of our process and is carefully monitored. All finishes are applied per
customer specifications to all types of surfaces.
